The Elegant Side

One of the things I love to do is show a woman who she really is.  The way I see her  Soft, elegant, beautiful.

We don’t always see ourselves in  the most positive light.  You don’t have to get naked or in little pieces of  lingerie to express yourself.  I think all women should celebrate who they are at any level of modesty.
Most women that I talk to don’t feel there is a “photo” for them. They were raised to not go to the secret closet.  Other women, like myself, don’t WANT a photo of them after diving in the secret closet. But do we have to limit ourselves to Target Portrait Studio pictures in order to have something of us to display for our husbands? Kids? Grandkids?  Our Selves!
I take great pride in offering what I call “Glamour” photography, or Glamour boudoir.  It’s sexy, it’s innocent. It’s covered up! And it’s Gorgeous!
She just turned Sixty. And she’s beautiful!

Everyone says “soak it all in” like you aren’t already trying. I just want you to know—it’s okay if it feels like a blur. That’s why I take these photos, so you don’t have to remember everything perfectly.
You will never regret taking the photos. But you might regret not having them. One day, that tiny baby will be asking to see what they looked like when they fit in your hands.
They won’t always wake up in the middle of the night needing you. They won’t always reach for you first when they fall. They won’t always find their greatest comfort in your arms. But right now? Right now, you are everything to them. And that’s something worth holding onto.`
Newborn photography isn’t just about getting "nice pictures." It’s about telling the story of these early days—the love, the connection, the quiet moments in between. What’s something about your newborn experience you never want to forget?
Let’s be real—family life is messy. There are crumbs on the floor, mismatched socks, and someone always needs something. But in between? The laughter, the love, the magic. What’s one of your favorite “perfectly imperfect” family moments?
