the motherhood collective l vol. 3

Spring is here! I am so excited for the beautiful fresh spring weather and all it has to bring.  Spring brings me out of that winter (SAD) funk.  I love my studio sessions (like Madly love them!) but to get out in the fresh air, hiking around with my camera, taking pictures of whatever comes my way. The air still cool, wet and fresh. It’s amazing!
So hopefully come April, you will see more Outdoor pics of me with my kids, and I-Cant-Wait!
This month I’m getting in the frame with both of my littles. It was crazy fun!
I’ll be starting my circle with a dear friend from Victoria BC Canada, Rebecca with Rebecca Joy Studio. Be sure to click through all blogs to complete the circle!

There’s a stillness in this in-between. A quiet before the new beginning. That’s worth honoring.

How I Take the Stress Out of Finding Outfits.

I’ve already done the work for you. |

My client wardrobe is filled with beautiful, timeless pieces that are ready for you to wear.

How do you feel about borrowing from a studio wardrobe? Do you prefer to bring your own? or just show up in your yoga pants and decide the day of your session?

My Complimentary Maternity (aka: Newborn Orientation) sessions are a way to try on and pick out clothing for your newborn session.
Making sure you are photographed in what you love, even if it is in your own clothing!
You don't want to find out you dont love what you wore AFTER you've had your newborn session.
One day, you’ll forget how soft their skin felt against yours, how their little fingers played with the hem of your shirt, how their baby curls framed their face.
But a photograph will bring it all back, as if time never moved at all.
This baby will never know the sound of your heartbeat the way they do right now.
Let’s capture this connection before they’re in your arms.
You might feel like these days are slipping through your fingers, like no matter how hard you try, you just can’t slow time down.
But mama, you can pause it. Just for a moment.
And you’ll be so glad you did.
